Help with my story idea?!?

Sellien who is only 15 years old takes the chance and climbs over the wall where she lives in Romania despite breaking the cities serious violation of not being able to communicate with each other. The part of the city where she comes from, one of many, are separated by forest and wilderness. This allows the enforcement from the regulators of only being able to communicate with each other once a year even easier, as they post guards between the forests. etc etc. Your story can be exciting as you want, make it so, it's yours.
