How do I know if I am a depressed emo kid?

Did u ever have someone make a joke in the same room and feel like its directed at you. like today me and this indian kid were giving a speech on india and he said something like this picture brought joy to a depressed emo kid like me and everyone laughed i just feigned it. i dont want to take antidepressants. i have been through alot of bad stufffin my life and i cant help the way i feel about things
