I need help connecting generators in parallel, by a professional preferably!?

hello.. i am interested in connecting 3 generators in parallel. my major concerns are load sharing, synchronization, speed of the prime mover etc! 1 generator is 500kw and 2 are 765kw. what are the considerations and how does "excitation" play its part in this issue? The 765kw generators use a different voltage regulator from the 500kw. Please request additional info and i will provide it... URGENT!
