What are america's contributions to the allies winning the war in europe?

Prior to 1941, none. They did not contribute arms, they sold them and they did not offer manpower. After Japan bombed Pearl Harbor, America entered the war and at that point became a fully contributing member of the allied cause, sending troops to both Europe and the Pacific.
