On old canister vacuums that have a "flow regulator/suction release" on the hose?
Some old canister vacuums have it, but it is just "BLING" . All vacuums I have tested out have 7 PSI suction if they were mobile units. Even workshop ones. I just consider that to be a hole in the hose.(or totally useless)
