Christians, does it seem disingenuous that atheists feign moral outrage at some of the things in Scripture?

while claiming there is no basis for morality? They neither believe the book nor follow its precepts, yet appear outraged at the flood, "war crimes" of Moses, Lot's daughters, Abraham willing to sacrifice his son, etc., etc.
